Issue 135 - December 5, 2007
From Your Director ...
Christmas on Main Street continues as there is no better place to celebrate the holiday season than downtown Jackson. I invite you to visit downtown Jackson during this festive time and discover the magic of the season. Visit our lovely merchants for your holiday shopping, enjoy one of the many holiday arts and cultural performances at the Ned or Civic Center or just take a stroll through the beautifully decorated streets of our vibrant downtown.
Another great option is to volunteer your time and talent by giving back to the community through one of our many charitable organizations located in downtown Jackson such as RIFA, CASA, JACOA, The Care Center, or Area Relief Ministries just to name a few. Remember, you can make a difference!
Happy holidays start downtown! Visit www.downtownjackson.com for a comprehensive list of holiday events occurring downtown.
Welcome to the future of Downtown Jackson ... one we can invent together!
