  • Take a dance lesson or dance the night away at the Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame

"B for Business"

The event, held the last Thursday of each month, is a program of the Chamber's West Tennessee Business Resource Center and First Tennessee Bank. October's program "Protecting Your Business from Identity Theft," will be presented by Tammy LaPoint, ASA Consumer Affairs Department, State of Tennessee. Breakfast begins at 7:45 am, with the program from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m., which includes 60 second commercial time by lucky attendees, as well as networking opportunities and business updates.

It's Fa"boo"lous Friday!

If you're looking for a good scare this Halloween season, just head Downtown. From tours to the arts, there are many ways to satisfy your sense of spooky.


The last Friday of every month, downtown Jackson celebrates Fa”BOO”lous Friday. And on Friday, October 26, it’s happening again.

Downtown Trick or Treating

Our community’s ghosts and goblins will “haunt” downtown Jackson during the Third Annual Halloween Extravaganza. From 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Downtown Business Owners and Merchants will be passing out candy. Merchants will feature identifiable balloons to let youngsters know where trick or treating is taking place.

Captain Fantastic and 52nd Street

A tribute to Elton John and Billy Joel all in one breathtaking show! Featuring the music of the Pianoman and the Rocketman onstage. Sing and dance along with favorites like Crocodile Rock, Big Shot, Your Song, You May Be Right, and many, many more. Tickets range from $25 - $35.

Annual Cancer Survivorship Celebration

The West Tennessee Cancer Center cordially invites all cancer survivors to join in the Annual Cancer Survivorship Celebration. A Day of Hope and Healing Reception, lunch, entertainment, and vendors. Registration is required.
