Issue 113 - July 4, 2007

From Your Director ...

Thank you to all of you who participated in Fabulous Friday last week.  I’m sure you enjoyed the excitement of seeing so many things going on in our beautiful downtown.  We appreciate your support as downtown continues to grow and develop.

Many of you will be enjoying time off over the holiday.  Therefore, I will keep this brief.  Downtown events this week include a business seminar, music, movies and even Christmas shopping!  Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

Thus may the 4th of July, that glorious and ever memorable day, be celebrated through America, by the sons of freedom, from age to age till time shall be no more.
Virginia Gazette, July 18, 1777
