Hungry for some good BBQ?

Join Billy Collins and the Pit Stop Tavern & Café team at Bluesfest as they prepare barbecue for sale to the public and host the “Jackson In June Barbecue Cook-Off.” Teams will compete in the Whole or 1/2 Hog, Shoulder, Ribs and Sauce categories. Registration and set-up begins on Friday, June 1st. On Saturday, June 2nd, the judging will begin at 10:00 a.m., with winners being announced at 3:00 p.m.

Want to taste the best BBQ West Tennessee has to offer?

The Peoples’ Choice Award is a feature of this local BBQ competition. The public will have the opportunity to sample bite size portions from the competitors and vote for their favorite between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2nd. Teams will compete for ‘bragging rights,’ trophies and awards.
