JACKSON, TENNESSEE — On Friday, April 4, 2008, the community is invited to attend First Friday Forum. April’s program will provide the community an opportunity to meet Dr. Rebecca Cook, Associate Professor of Biology from Lambuth University. Cook’s presentation, “Environmentally Speaking, Going Green” will undoubtedly be an informative and insightful look into our community’s environmental issues and potential solutions.
Plan on attending First Friday Forum from noon until 1:00 p.m., in Clayton Hall of the First United Methodist Church, 200 S. Church Street. The forum focuses upon discussion on events impacting the community and is held from September through May, the first Friday of the month. First Friday Forum is sponsored by Jackson Downtown Development Corporation and First United Methodist Church.
